Invite yourself to create more space in your body and better ROM for a pain free environment. This fun yet challenging class will give you the means to change the way you move, feel and perform. With a combination of decompression breathing, isometric poses, mobility and body-weight exercises you will discover areas of your body that may need more attention and where you may have limitations causing you to move in poor movement patterns. Let’s teach the body how to heal itself.
